Name of the project (ALE): Nuevos sistemas inmunoanálisis automatizados para la detección de alergenos en alimentos (ALE)
Purpose: Develop and validate an immunoturbidimetric analytical system consisting of reagents and analyser, which allows the quantification of allergens in food and beverage by means of a simple, standardised and highly sensitive test.
